SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Endless Plains

Discover one of the world’s most well known wildlife wonders in the famous Serengeti National Park. Here is the place to see seemingly endless herds of wildebeest and zebra trekking across the plains during their annual trek towards the Masai Mara in Kenya – the world renowned Great Migration – an experience not to be missed. With vast herds and their predators seasonally moving through from the southern part of the park to central and northern regions, there are lodges and camps well situated to capture this mass migration, one of the greatest natural wonders to be found anywhere in the world. The Serengeti is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, its name meaning ‘endless plain’ and it is just that. Spot leopard, elephant and lion. Rise at dawn in a hot air balloon and gently drift over the wildlife below, an activity certainly not to be missed.
